Warehouse Pick Up (FREE)
When you select 'Warehouse Pick Up' you acknowledge that you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Pickup point is Abbotsford, VIC 3067
- Pickup is available Monday-Friday during business hours. Late night pickup is available from 9-5. Our warehouse is closed on weekends.
- If you’re worried about the item not fitting into your car, call us to discuss. We’ll give you carton dimensions.
- Must provide proof of identity and proof of purchase

- We’ll email you with pickup details once your order is ready for collection. Our warehouse requires 12 hours notice to prepare goods for pickup, so please ensure you make a booking.
Home Delivery.
- Book your preferred delivery day and time slot (10am-2pm or 2pm-6pm). Our standard service is to your ground floor front door only.
- Delivery Monday to Friday during business hours only. Excludes public holidays.
- Signature required on delivery and drivers may need assistance to carry large items.
- If you require an assisted delivery, please contact us to discuss your requirements. Extra charges will apply.
- Deliveries with difficult access or stairs incur further costs, and the service does not include placement of item inside home or rubbish removal. Should you require this level of service, please contact us.
